Service Plan Terms and Conditions

Onsite Service Plans include: Unlimited repairs, travel time and all labor, All non—consumable parts (excludes printheads, shuttles), Onsite response with parts “in-hand,” Two FREE preventive maintenance checks, only new OEM parts used in repairs, Free telephone technical support.

*Options such as external rewind, external Ethernet, NIC cards, cutter, stacker, coax/twinax, etc. can be covered for an additional fee. NSC does not support nor warranty non OEM print heads or toner.** Optional cutter coverage is available at an additional charge for travel and labor only. Optional cutter coverage does not include cost of replacement cutter/parts.

Service contracts administered by CLS, but service is provided by National Service Center.
